Status: Full time Temporary

Hourly Wage: $28.84

Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, HI

We are looking for a Reservations Agent who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Reservations Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests. To capture sales from the incoming channels (telephone, email, etc.) and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills

Education:

High School education or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience or a high volume call center.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to carry and balance a tray.

Hours Required

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
