Job Summary
Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? Join our dynamic multidisciplinary research team as we tackle data-oriented health services and home- and community-based services research projects for our esteemed federal government clients. Be at the forefront of innovative healthcare delivery, alternative Medicare and Medicaid payment models, quality of care measurement, health information technology, patient experience, and patient safety.
Job Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our research efforts through the following activities:
Assisting with data collection, submission, and intake processes.
Conducting thorough quality control checks on data and reports.
Managing and manipulating data using MS Excel spreadsheets.
Creating captivating infographics and other visually appealing data visualization products.
Responding to technical assistance requests via phone and email, and preparing reports on the provided assistance.
Supporting website content updates.
Coordinating meetings, webinars, and conference calls, including agenda development and note-taking.
Assisting in project-related public communications activities.
Basic Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in social sciences, public health, or a related field.
Experience and proficiency in working with data.
Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of research project experience in a health-related area.
Other Required Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, managers, and clients.
Strong organization and time management abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
