Repair Technician Tier 1 Jobs

Are you someone who loves to tinker with electronics and enjoys solving problems? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and working collaboratively with others? If so, then SprintRay has an exciting opportunity for you! We're looking for a Repair Technician - Tier 1 to join our team and help us ensure the reliability and functionality of our hardware products. In this role, you'll get to use your skills to diagnose and fix issues with our products, while also collaborating with our R&D and Quality Control teams to identify the root cause of any problems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization in workshop area
• Follow guidelines to package the products being shipped to customers
• Conduct packaging verification checks for completeness and accuracy
• Repair the products as per standard operating procedures
• Inspect products to meet the established standards of quality, including usability and reliability
• Disassemble and assemble the incoming 3D printers and associated products for repair

Key Qualifications:

• Communication and computer skills
• 1+ year experience in Quality Control
• HS Diploma required, advanced degree preferred
• Time management skill
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Hands-on experience with 3D printers
• Attention to detail

The salary band that this position falls into ranges from $16.25 to $25.00 , with some differences for locations outside of California. SprintRay uses broad banding. Actual salary is based on position, market factors, location, experience, and qualifications.
