About the Role:

The Inventory & Receiving Tech 1 is a vital asset to our store and our inventory and receiving team. This individual should have good attention to detail, and a passion for developing and improving store operations. The Inventory and Receiving Tech 1 is expected to be solution oriented, supportive, and continuously drive and maximize efficiency within the operations. The Inventory and Receiving Tech 1 will embody the company values reporting to the Inventory & Receiving Manager to make sure the team adheres to company policies, and strategizes to solve challenging situations.

Inventory Technician 1 Responsibilities:

Receive Deliveries

• Assist with Physical Intake
• Understand Metrc Package ID Tags
• Understand Vendor Invoice
• Understand Metrc Manifest
• Assist Verifying intake

Processing

• Pack, label, date, and initial case boxes
• Sticker Products

Inventory Management

• Ensure Velvets Metric compliance at all times
• Stock and Maintain Floor Inventory
• Participate in Inventory Audit
• Keep stock rooms organized by FIFO and Package ID
• Assist is update of our menus in (Treez, Dutchie, Leafly, and WeedMaps)
• Update and Manage online menu listing
• Execute New Products for Sale

Inventory Technician 1 Requirements:

• Self motivated and desire to constantly grow and develop.
• Drive to go above and beyond for your customers and team.
• Ability to lift 50lbs +
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Able to adjust and adapt to changing cannabis laws, requirements and procedures.
• Inventory and receiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A passion for outstanding customer service.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
