  • Manage the schedule and cost lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Document best practices and improvements to enhance construction efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee equipment startups, tests, and process coordination with EPC partner.
  • Record construction progress through visual and written audits to ensure compliance with customer and contract requirements.
  • Confirm accurate documentation of field changes (as-builts).
  • This position may require up to 25-50% field- based work.
  • Review turnover packages for conformance with contract documents.

  • Audit construction inspections, testing, and commissioning activities conducted by EPC partners.
  • Ensure EPC partners adhere to project management standards for various processes and coordination.
  • Validate contractor work performed on a monthly basis to determine progress, schedule compliance, and billing accuracy.
  • Organize and lead the integrated site team to supervise the EPC Contractor's construction progress, ensuring quality of work and commissioning activities until completion.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with project safety, quality, and performance goals.
  • Develop and revise inspection standards, emphasizing accuracy, quality, risk identification/mitigation, and schedule adherence.
  • Assist in the review of construction submittals, change order requests, and value engineering proposals.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies in all your responsibilities and ensure that external third parties (EPC firms, consultants) operate in compliance with HSE standards.
  • Facilitate regularly scheduled core team meetings, providing transparency around project progress (schedule, budget, resources, and scope). Identify key issues and potential challenges and proactively facilitate scenario planning to make informed decisions.
  • Support EPC partner procurement, bid documents, bid analysis, and participate in review sessions.
  • Inspect projects for compliance with defined milestones and acceptance criteria.

  • Document and communicate quality issues through participation in retrospectives.
  • Proactively engage with contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Utilize existing reporting tools to communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Provide field inspections, monitor quality issues, and resolve system installations.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
