Remote Receiving Clerk needs 2-3 years’ experience
Remote Receiving Clerk Requires
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Experience in Ariba and SAP preferred
• Commitment to excellent Customer Service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work under deadline
• Experience in MS Access and Excel a plus
• Highly motivated individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment
• Takes initiative and able to work independently
• 2-3 years of professional experience

Remote Receiving Clerk Duties
 Performing 3-way match on supplier material orders and services
 Track POs and invoices
 Serve as first point of contact for issues related to supplier payments
 Work with AP and business partners on PO, invoice, and payment issues
 Report status and issues to manager
 Assists with special projects and analysis as directed
