A top Labor & Employment firm is seeking a remote attorney to join its Charges division. If you are familiar with defending administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters assigned to you, then don't hesitate to apply!


Charges Attorney Requirements:

  • Representing clients in settlement negotiations and mediations
  • Drafting position statements
  • Responding to agency requests for information


Charges Attorney Qualifications:

  • Admitted to the bar in your state of residence
  • Six years minimum of employment law experience
  • Federal and State level familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges on the management side
