We are seeking passionate Remote Hotel Schedulers to join our team as travel has reopened for business. If you have a love for sharing your travel experiences and knowledge with others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Remote Hotel Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and selling domestic and international travel vacations, including cruises and land packages. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service to clients, exceed sales targets, and enhance the overall trip experience.
- Travel Planning and Coordination:
- Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication and Negotiation:
- Handle financial transactions, such as collecting payments and managing deposits.
- Stay up to date with travel trends and destination information to provide accurate and valuable recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and process trip documents, including itineraries, invoices, and related paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all travel-related documentation to clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Solicit new business through referrals and repeat business, expanding the client base.
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel vacations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Serve clients by understanding their travel preferences and needs, and planning customized travel packages accordingly.
- Cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance the overall trip experience.
- Documentation and Financial Processing:
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to secure competitive rates and added benefits for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in multitasking with various websites and computer programs.
- Travel agent certification to strengthen your professional credentials.
