Remote Flight & Hotel Coordinator

This is an opportunity to specialize as a Flight Aviation Coordinator. With this opportunity, you will be responsible for advising clients on flights, resorts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. Excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for travel.

We will provide you with all the training you need for your certification and area of specialty. This is a remote opportunity, you must have access to a computer and the internet. Flexible hours, make your own schedule.

• - Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• - Manage and maintain social media accounts, as needed
• - Stay up-to-date with the latest sports events and trends
• - Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients
• - Manage and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• - Research and analyze sports events and destinations to create unique travel packages
• Plan, organize, and execute travel packages for sports events
• - Create detailed itineraries for clients based on their travel preferences

Requirements

• - Strong attention to detail
• - Experience in travel planning and coordination is a plus
• - Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• -must be at least 18 years old
• -Must be a US citizen
• - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• - Passion for sports and travel
• - Excellent organizational and communication skills
• - Ability to work independently and remotely
• - Flexibility in hours and schedule
