We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to focus primarily on our Updox Product. Updox and EverHealth provide modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. We serve 72,000 healthcare practices and counting. EverHealth consists of five SaaS products; DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTech, combined these products offer end to end solutions for the health care industry


You:


You are an experienced Business Operations Specialist who has a preferred background in health care. You are passionate about solving complex problems by building and implementing business processes, and platforms. You have a knack for developing and monitoring key performance indicators within a B2B SaaS operation that produce actionable insights for functional owners. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion. You see yourself as a business consultant collaborating cross functionally to drive bottom line results for your business partners (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Care, and Account Management).


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the development of internal and external self-service reporting/ dashboarding capabilities and products
  • Contribute to the development of advanced algorithms and metrics definitions
  • Create and maintain an operational project roadmap for each of the business functions.
  • Manage delivery on daily initiatives; including but not limited to, layout updates and workflow changes.
  • Support business functions in assessing operational gaps and opportunities and assist in building out long-term operations strategies.
  • Communicate findings and operational results to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Assist in the development of project cost and benefit analyses to establish project organization value resulting in recommendations for updating systems or processes
  • Analyze business needs, documents requirements and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications
  • Partner with functional team (Sales, Marketing, Customers Success, Service, etc.) and the SVP of Operations, as an end-to-end strategic partner and project manager to execute key business process and platform initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, training, and operational support to internal business partners.


Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:


  • Proficiency in standard MS Office; Experience in CRM and Project Management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare management or related field required
  • Research business problems and create models that help analyze historical trending and identify options for solutions
  • Ability to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines
  • Self-starter who identifies and researches new tools & technologies, and can make recommendations for improvements and strategic direction for overall business
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
  • Preferred experience in healthcare
  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations
  • Assist with data quality efforts and documentation
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • PMP or similar certification, a plus
  • Preferred SaaS experience
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize work activities and use your time efficiently to complete projects in a timely manner


Where:


The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
