Remote Coordinators Jobs

This is a remote position.
We are looking for Remote Coordinators to join our company, who are passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business or leisure and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
Responsibilities

• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Attend seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodation
• Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
• Plan and sell transportation, accommodation and other travel services
• Deal with occurring problems, complaints or refunds
• Network with tour operators
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages

Skills

• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
