Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Admissions Advisor to join our team at a leading senior living company. As a Remote Admissions Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting prospective residents and their families through the admissions process. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, contribute to the growth of our organization, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their loved ones.


Responsibilities


  • Manage pre-screened inbound leads, providing exceptional customer service and personalized guidance.
  • Communicate features and benefits, schedule virtual tours, and coordinate with the admissions team.
  • Assess needs, preferences, and goals to recommend suitable senior living options.
  • Track leads, meet sales targets, and stay updated on industry trends.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales success.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Empathetic, self-motivated, and professional.
  • Sales or admissions experience, preferably in senior living or a related field.
