Job Description
Remote Event Advisor (Travel Department)


We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated remote event advisor to join our travel department. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients plan their travel for dream events such as weddings, conferences, trade shows, and more by providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination information and other relevant news to provide accurate advice to clients
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, tours, and activities for clients attending the events
  • Develop customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget


Requirements


  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
