Overview A Remote Resort Advisor is a customer service professional who works remotely to provide advice and assistance to customers who are planning a vacation or stay at a resort. The Remote Resort Advisor is responsible for providing customers with information about the resort, its amenities, and services, as well as helping them to book their stay. Detailed Job Description The Remote Resort Advisor is responsible for providing customers with information about the resort, its amenities, and services, as well as helping them to book their stay. The Remote Resort Advisor will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing advice and assistance to customers, and helping them to make the best decisions for their vacation. The Remote Resort Advisor will also be responsible for providing customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing customer feedback. Skill Requirements• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the resort and its amenities
• Knowledge of the booking process
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge of the resort and its amenities

• Help customers to book their stay at the resort
• Provide customer service support, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing customer feedback
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their stay
