Reliability Test Engineer Jobs

Role: Reliability Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Experience in excel advanced level.
• Capable of troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electromechanical systems is desired.
• Required to have recent LabVIEW or Arduino programing experience.
• Test fixture top level planning.
• Good understanding of physics preferably with pressure, temperature, humidity, water ingress, EMI, ESD, corrosion, altitude, air flow, material compatibility and thermal management.
• SolidWorks design experience required.
• Analysis of results, trends and graphing of test results.
• Hands-on experience required with tools and lab equipment.
• Experience in data entry, trends and graphs, basic statistical analysis.
• Engineering work experience with theoretical and hands-on experience with ATE or reliability or environmental stress and HALT testing.
• Building and executing test setups.
• Designing electromechanical and pneumatic fixtures to component level.

Developing strategies and plans to thoroughly test systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

• Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines, pressure and fast turnarounds.
• Required to have good communication skills both written & verbal and be computer literate (Word, Excel, outlook Email - a must).
• Assertive, creative, and energetic.
• Analyze and review submissions based on product type, development lifecycle stage and the interpretation of the significance of the proposed change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple customer sites and suppliers Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.

Key Skills -
