Reliability Engineer Jobs

• 2-5 years of experience in an Engineering role
• Strong understanding of the physics behind material and device properties (mechanical and materials)
• Hands-on experiences in physical failure analysis including SEM/EDX
• You possess extraordinary problem solving abilities
• Adept in statistical data analysis and clear reporting

As a Reliability Engineer, you will identify high risk failure modes early in the design life cycle, and collaborate with design engineering teams to reduce the risk. You will develop new tests based on the physics of failure and expected user behaviors, and deliver test equipment and specifications that are critical to validate the product reliability, and work with vendor to meet reliability requirements. Finally, you will support failure analysis, providing direction based on your evaluation of the test data.

- Masters in Materials Science & Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering (PhD preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
