Your role at Sephora:

As a Reliability Engineer, you will: Analyze software system data processing business needs. Support computer systems issue triage and prioritization. Analyze computer business systems issues and identify software bugs for assigned projects. Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning and develop temporary workarounds as needed. Support computer systems engineering project production activities. Analyze and document software failures, data recovery issues, program fixes, and software bugs. Share software bug documentation with the Development team. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual computer systems maintenance activities. Perform physical systems inventory checks. Attend team meetings as required and report on project status. Create shared technical documents. Draft standard operating procedures for complex engineering processes. Implement systems automation where possible for repetitive manual processes. Serve as a point of contact between business end users, technical development teams, and computer systems vendors for assigned business related computer systems projects with close oversight from the Site Reliability Engineering team Manager. Draft weekly and monthly technical status reports. (Position allows some work- from- home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Three (3) years of experience in requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation for client server applications.

Experience must include:

• DB2 400.
• Coordinating with business users;
• Service Now; and
• Coding in CL 400, CLLE, RPG 400, and RPGLE;
• Resolving support tickets;
• Preparing design documents;

Salary: $108,493-$170,000 per year depending on experience
