Your Mission

As a Relationship Manager of ACH & Online Banking at Nuvei, you will manage and create deep, impactful relationships with an existing client portfolio and will be responsible for understanding your client needs to implement appropriate solutions to drive new sales and growth opportunities. As a Relationship Manager, you will act as a single point of contact for the client and liaise collaboratively across a variety of internal departments allowing ownership of the client experience. The primary focus of this role is to maintain and build reciprocal relationships with new and existing clients, drive adoption of Nuvei's products and services, and identify cross selling opportunities for deeper product penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Host and lead meetings with assigned clients onsite or offsite
  • Gain solid knowledge of Nuvei, its products and its competitors
  • Identify cross selling opportunities of Nuvei products and services to drive deeper product penetration
  • Manage and cultivate deep, impactful relationships with assigned client portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and in writing
  • Schedule and host periodic and recurring touch base meetings with assigned clients
  • Monitor client activity to identify and report areas of improvement, trends and opportunity
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under a deadline
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Perform Quarterly Business Reviews on assigned clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, and proper delivery of initiatives and client experience
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of assigned client's industry, history, and strategic goals
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Adobe
  • Participate in discovery calls with Sales and collaborate in supporting new opportunities
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong investigative skills, and exceptional analytical skills
  • Analyze and articulate client priorities and strategic growth plans to develop revenue driving initiatives tailored to each client
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
  • Strong problem-solving attitude
  • Reliable and professional with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Drive incremental revenue growth by uncovering net new opportunities with new and assigned clients
  • Work as an integral part of a high performing Relationship Management team to deliver white glove service
  • Educate and promote Nuvei products and services to all assigned clients
