Regulatory Compliance Analyst Jobs

JustinBradley's client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst IV to perform controls testing related to compliance with laws or regulations, mortgage-backed security (MBS) trust agreements, and supervisory guidance across multiple business units to evaluate control operating effectiveness.

Job responsibilities include:

• Leading test inquiry meetings with internal control owners.
• Preparing analysis and documenting test results in the system of record (MetricStream).
• Conducting controls testing and analyzing results.
• Selecting the sample of transactions to be tested.
• Tracking identified issues through remediation.
• Identifying and escalating issues to management promptly.
• Reviewing related policies, procedures, and job aids.
• Collecting and assessing evidence of control operation.

Skills/Experience required include:

• Bachelor’s degree required; industry certification (e.g., CCEP, PMP etc.) preferred.
• Ability to complete projects/tests efficiently with high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 8-10 years of experience.
• Experience conducting controls testing in compliance, audit, operational risk or related function.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member to facilitate effective enterprise-wide compliance.
