Job Title: Regulatory Operations Analyst

Job Location: 888 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA (100% remote)

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months

The Role:

• Include responding to regulatory enforcement requests, fulfilling ongoing platform data-sharing obligations, leveraging internal tools to take compliance actions, and supporting investigations at internal teams' requests.
• The Regulatory Operations Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the team's day-to-day operations of the STR regulatory compliance program. Primary responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver recurring data reports to governments by following standard operating procedures
• Leveraging internal tools and technology to meet client's compliance obligations
• Ensure regulatory enforcement requests are resolved in a timely manner
• Triage internal and external escalations in a professional, detail-oriented, and urgent manner
• Provide support to frontline customer support teams when they have inquiries about STR regulatory compliance issues

Perform ad-hoc compliance reviews and reporting Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working and coordinating efforts with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to quickly review, understand and synthesize dense information in a clear and concise manner
• Previous experience with SQL, Superset, and other data analytics tools
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in investigations and resolutions in a related industry or college degree
• Comfortable working within an ambiguous & evolving space Preferred Qualifications:
• Quick learner, operates with urgency and curiosity, and evolves your knowledge as new information becomes available
• Excellent investigation skills and extreme attention to details
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive or privileged information
• Take ownership and accountability of your work and focus on improvements with a problem-solving mindset
• Previous project management experience is a plus.
• Background in investigations and resolutions on a Trust, Regulatory, Compliance, or Customer Support team at another technology company
