Position Details

• Evaluates the patient's response to and progress toward their optimal patient experience and outcome.
• Committed to patient and family centered care.
• Coordinates services and interventions identified in care plans.
• Perform assessments and provide care to patients to develop a plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family and other health care providers.

What You Offer

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with patients and their families, peers, physicians and other health care professionals.
• Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• Must be an RN currently licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Schedule

• Includes every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Full-time; 64 hours per biweekly pay period
• 8 hour shifts: blocked schedule; rotating days and evenings
