RN Registered Nurse Hospice is responsible for providing end-of-life care to terminally ill patients and their families. They provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families during the end-of-life process. They assess the patient’s condition and develop a plan of care that meets the patient’s needs. They provide comfort and support to the patient and their family, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the patient’s needs are met.
