Job Description

Our client, a financial services firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a direct hire Office Operations Administrator to support their growing office!


About You:

  • Ability to work full-time (5x/week) in the downtown Bethesda, MD office.
  • Comfortable prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new software easily.
  • 5+ years of office operations/administration experience and a Bachelor's Degree are required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a passion for relationship building.


The Job:

  • Create, maintain, and improve internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and execute internal firm events and meetings.
  • Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations.
  • Supervise members of the administrative support staff, assigning responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including office services, supplies and equipment, and facilities needs.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, conducting research and negotiating contracts.
