Job Description
Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a fast growing emerging DSO in New York? In this role you will lead, build and develop highly successful teams to provide the highest level of patient care. You will be instrumental to building a great team and leading the growth of revenue and profitability within the practices they support.


What will you do?


  • Ability to analyze business reporting and create recommendation/action to attainment of yearly budgetary and contribution goals, prioritizing supported practice performance issues to ensure issues impacting Same Office Growth (SOG), revenue and profitability (EBITDA) are addressed first
  • Responsible for working closely with the providers ( Hygienists and Dentists )
  • Creating a working partnership with clinical leadership in the offices and support services such as setting goals and addressing operational opportunities within their supported office
  • Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and create a true team collaboration
  • Monitor the P&L statements for each supported practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections
  • Develop workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain the optimum performance of each supported practice
  • Overseeing the administrative operations of 5 to 10 supported dental offices
  • Responsible for hiring, training and coaching Office Managers
  • Provide reports and recommendations, as needed, to management on supported practices


Educational Requirements


  • Dental Hygienist training with at least two-year dental operation experience preferred
  • Completion of one of the following: at least five years of dental business management experience or Bachelor’s degree and two-year dental management experience


Essential Requirements


  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
  • 3+ years managing multiple practices
  • Experience in dental practice management
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention
  • Experience with practice management software, RCM and procurement
