As a Regional Manager, Southern California , you will lead and mentor a team of 15 sales advisors. You’ll help them achieve excellence while building relationships with our largest partner in the Los Angeles area.
Experience the satisfaction of accomplishment as you onboard by selling and becoming extremely familiar with a variety of tactics needed to be successful. You’ll be primed to help others achieve their sales targets through your experience and be fully equipped for full-time management.
You’ll further develop your managerial skills through training with sales advisors, ride-alongs, giving lead-by-example presentations and providing valuable feedback to increase your team’s impact in the field.
You’ll be a leader and member of a growing team of six managers focused on celebrating our collaborative success in setting and breaking sales records quarter after quarter!

- 3+ years in a sales or sales management role
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) required
- Experience and interest in a high frequency of travel (90% of your time is in the field)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline
- Experience using CRM Salesforce to manage the sales process and forecast sales
