Job Description

On behalf of one of our international clients, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier of light-weight plastic solutions, YER USA is searching for an experienced Regional HR Analyst.



Job description




The Regional HR Analyst supports the Director of HR for the Americas in a broad area of HR topics for company locations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. In this new position, you will be working on exciting strategic and operational tasks, such as:

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Conducting market analysis of positions' compensation.
  • Monitoring and analyzing current benefits trends and applicable legislation.
  • Supporting staff on secondments (expats, inpats) in collaboration with the Global Mobility Team.
  • Supporting in the administration of employee health and 401(k) savings plans.
  • Participating in performance management or salary increase processes.


Talent Acquisition:




  • Planning employment events, such as career fairs
  • Supporting the definition and tracking of recruiting metrics.
  • Conducting external and internal hiring.
  • Supporting the establishment of an “employer of choice” reputation.
  • Providing counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals in other locations with hiring and employment data.



Training and Development:




  • Staying abreast of latest developments in management, leadership, and organizational development.
  • Adapting our global leadership and development programs to regional/local needs and organizing them.
  • Supporting the global succession planning and talent review processes.



HR Controlling and Analytics:



  • Building reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using multiple data sources.
  • Collecting and analyzing internal and external data (KPIs) for various types of business reports.
  • Assisting in the HR planning process.



HR Generalist Tasks:



  • Consulting with managers on people matters that require knowledge of policies, procedures, and local legislation.
  • Collaborating with other HR professionals and cross-functional team members to develop and improve HR processes and programs in the region.


Candidate profile




  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Passion for Human Resources topics and eagerness to learn.
  • Intercultural sensibility, Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage small to medium projects independently while balancing daily tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, experience in Workday is a plus.
  • Two to four years of experience in at least two of the above listed areas
