We are looking for a business-savvy HRBP to partner with our leaders in our growing “swamp” in Atlanta, GA. This is a hands-on, strategic role and an opportunity to significantly impact the trajectory of the business and JFrog’s presence in Atlanta. This position requires a proven track record of driving team performance, bold partnership with senior leaders, agile thinking, and great interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone who possesses a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
As a HRBP in JFrog you will...
  • Work with the leadership team to put in place proactive talent management plans (skills/leadership development and Succession Planning).
  • Understand the existing competencies and talent needs of the various assigned groups and identify and address talent gaps before they impact the business.
  • Work alongside your leaders to drive clear communication initiatives within assigned groups to ensure clarity of the strategy and drive accountability through the organization.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and support managers with developing and growing their teams, while keeping the JFrog CODEX.
  • Coach and support first line managers and leaders to deliver great employee experience from onboarding, performance management to employee relations.
  • Help drive business results as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to the business units.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional working teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Provides change management counsel and support.
  • Administer employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes - facilitate first day onboarding sessions for new employees in our Atlanta Swamp.
  • Partner with the executive clients, ensures excellent planning and implementation of key HR activities.
To be a HRBP in JFrog you need...
  • Goal oriented, proactive, accountable and a passionate about driving results.
  • Results-driven with proven experience producing desired outcomes.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence at all levels throughout the organization.
  • 7+ years of HR experience working in a fast-paced environment; 1+ years of HRBP experience preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Thrives in dynamic and changing environment using strong judgement and decision-making skills.
  • An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and collaboration skills and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment across the organization.
  • Must possess strong emotional intelligence.

  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
  • This position has a base salary range between $140,000 to $180,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
