Experience within Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management systems.

Relationship management with branch and area merchandising teams at corporate and independent broadline distributors.

Relationship management with ownership and leadership team at key Specialty Coffee Distributors and other route-to-market distributors.

Relationship management and business development collaboration with local re-distribution Account Management team.

Secures monthly velocity reporting from partner distributors to support Equipment Depletion Reporting requirements.

Experience in clinical or doctor relationship management required

Manage all center operations for assigned centers within region; work with doctor owners to support center clinical operations

Manage and develop team of 6-8 Center Operations Managers / General Managers

Develop, manage, and adhere to operational budgets/forecasts for assigned centers

Manage hiring, development, and termination of operations staff within assigned centers

Operational responsibility for 6-8 ClearChoice multidisciplinary centers and approximately 100-120 network employees

Antibiotic / Infectious Disease therapeutic knowledge and sales experience is strongly preferred

Previous experience or knowledge in Specialty Pharmacy preferred

Develops an expert knowledge of products, disease states, and competitors

Manages Region expenses within allocated budget

Successfully completes all corporate training requirements, serves as a resource to other Regional Business Directors

Experience leading a team in an institutional or hospital setting is preferred (Hospital RBD roles)

Strong project management and delegation skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field.

Experienced at leading a multi-disciplined team towards performance improvement.

Solid analytical and critical thinking skills and the capacity to managing complexity.

Responsible to ensure that any franchisee compliance process activation is implemented where franchisee standards fail to meet minimum standards.

Development and execution of new restaurant openings (NRO), remodels & closures plans in partnership with Development team/leadership.

Ensure customers have a quality end to end experience with the implementation of products in the hospital.

Prepare, propose and negotiate purchasing agreements, with support from Contracts team and manager, to close opportunities and sales of Cerus products.

Experience collaborating with other cross-functional internal teams and external teams in the field.

Excellent knowledge retention, quick recall and ability to communicate information based on the audience.

Creative problem solver and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting the development, sale and marketing of Medical Devices.

4 year college degree or equivalent education and/or experience

Minimum of 5 years direct business banking experience and/or multi-site managerial experience

10 years banking experience and/or business development experience
