Assistant Project Manager - 65K-100K + Bonus

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager for one of our several Projects going on all over the state of Florida. He have urgent openings for projects in Lake Worth Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Plantation, Melbourne, Ft. Myers, Doral, Kendal, and Miami. We had a new affiliation between another company that made us one of the leading real estate development firms in South Florida. What You Will Be Doing

• Distribute all punch lists and the follow-up as necessary to ensure timely completion of punch-list work.
• Collect superintendent daily reports, weekly project pictures and safety documentation.
• Develop and coordinate Project Take-Offs and Buyout process. Set up coordination meetings for VP to chair.
• Assist the VP of Construction in all phases and aspects of assigned project.
• Prepare all project meeting agendas and associated attachments as directed by the VP.
• Review project logs (RFIs, Submittals, PCOs) with AOR & GC on a weekly basis.
• Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested by the VP.
• Review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project and identify long lead times and critical path.
• Collect subcontractor changes for review by the VP.
• Assist on monitoring overall project schedule. Review for completeness and include in project documentation. Inform VP of deficiencies.
• Attend weekly project meetings as requested by VP and keep detailed meeting minutes.

What You Need for this Position

• Team Player
• Ability to travel to office and job site(No Hybrid remote positions available)
• Work collaboratively with outside parties (I.e. the design team, general contractor, vendors etc.) to accomplish goals.
• Scheduling experience: MS Project Manager and/or Primavera.
• Estimating Proficiency with Plan Grid, Blue Beam, OST and Excel.
• Strong work ethic
• Work cooperatively with others toward accomplishment of a shared goal.
• Demonstrate effective relationship building within the project team and throughout the Company.
