Regional Director Of Operations

Full-time THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ASSISTED LIVING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ADMINISTRATOR LICENSE IN EITHER OREGON OR WASHINGTON.: JOB SUMMARY:: A Regional Director of Sapphire Health Services is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of our Community Based Care locations. This position will foster an environment where staff is supported, engaged and motivated to deliver the highest level of care to our residents. A Community Care Based Regional Director of Operations will oversee the implementation of policies and ensure the facility remains compliant with state, federal and local agencies. RESPONSIBILITIES:
