Regional Catering Sales Manager (Full-Time, Local – Tampa or Orlando)

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Regional Catering Sales Manager who is highly motivated, B2B and B2C experienced salesperson to join our go-getting team! You will cultivate business in a wide variety of industries including corporate, pharmaceutical/medical, seasonal retail business, universities, sports teams, and weddings! The Regional Catering Sales Manager will work directly with Capital Tacos executive leadership and our operations team in developing and executing sales presentations and marketing opportunities that meet organizational objectives and brand guidelines.


The Regional Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for the implementation of a

comprehensive sales strategy, while also managing the day-to-day relationships with amazing clients.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Endeavoring to hit and/or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Partner with the stores and catering operations team to share feedback and offer constructive comments to enhance our off premises operations and make our offering increasingly relevant and attractive to potential customers.
  • Responsible for direct, outbound Off Premise & Catering sales in the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas.
  • Constant relationship building and market growth by understanding the end consumer and their needs and providing the best options to those consumers. Core focus on larger companies and recurring orders/customers.
  • Manage follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
  • General sales growth by conducting all forms of outreach marketing (average 400 touches/contacts per week), including emails, cold calls, setting up and conducting tastings & presentations (average of 8-10 per month), networking events and more.

What you’ll bring:

  • Outstanding organizational, project management, file organization and archiving skills
  • Passion for growing relationships, presenting tastings, public speaking and Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of catering sales management experience (multi unit preferred but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of specific industries and their catering needs.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail; effective at prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or related field preferred
  • And, a love for tacos!
