Job Description
We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to support the Agent Assignment team in the Anywhere Leads Group for markets across the country. The Anywhere Leads Group team is responsible for establishing business opportunities for independent sales associates affiliated with an Anywhere Brokerage Group real estate company.

The Agent Assignment Referral Coordinator will be responsible for creating referrals received from partners and researching and selecting the company’s highest-quality agent for referral placements. This person will play a key role in the company achieving the highest conversion and service scores for each client.
The successful candidate will embrace the challenges of supporting multiple people, being knowledgeable in several markets, and be willing to provide team support on various projects in the department.

Shift:
11:30am to 8pm EST Tuesday-Friday & 9:30am to 6pm EST Saturday

Responsibilities:
  • Work with multiple internal teams relaying required information for follow-up.
  • Enter referrals manually or via sync from the source portal. Finish any data entry pertinent to the referral that has not already been entered through the sync feature.
  • Performs needs assessment from the client if more data is required for effective placement.
  • Accepts leads on behalf of the company via client portal or email confirmation.
  • Utilize company data from several sources to identify and select agents for referral placements.
  • Forward file to Client Service Specialist and change ownership of the file in systems as needed.
  • Receives and reviews incoming referrals to understand all instructions pertaining to the client.
  • Checks leads for duplicates in the system.

Requirements:
  • Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum Education: High school or equivalent required
  • Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to analyze and interpret data.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, one who goes above and beyond, be collaborative, organized, creative, able to work well under pressure, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
  • 2 years minimum preferred in one of the following fields: real estate, or data research and distribution.
  • Must be able to learn new systems and databases quickly.
