Recruitment Consultant - Early Careers

Dartmouth Partners is an awarding winning, PE-backed recruitment consultancy with a presence globally across Europe and the US. We're looking to continue our strong growth as we build teams in NYC, Charlotte, and beyond.

We work with financial institutions and investment banks to build great relationships and help them make good hires. Our goal is to establish lasting, non-transactional relationships with our clients and our candidates.

The team and the role:

Dartmouth’s New York team is located in the heart of Manhattan. You’ll find us just off 5th Avenue, round the corner from the Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. We’re a small, entrepreneurial team, working together with our sister business, Pure Search, who have been on the ground in NYC since 2016. We’re already establishing ourselves as market leaders within Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Early Careers recruitment in the US, and are now looking to expand our Early Careers team

As a member of the Early Careers team, you will partner with a range of businesses across the financial services sector to support with their hiring across the East Coast. This will include helping students get their first role in finance and supporting clients with managing their on-campus recruitment.

We have been on the ground since July 2021 with a developed network in place already. Your role will involve continuing to build out our candidate network and working with clients to develop their hiring agenda, providing a consultative approach, and ultimately building out your own desk, with clients of your own. As part of a lean team, you will have a direct impact on growing out the Dartmouth Partners team and brand in the US.
