Business Execution Senior Manager (M3)


About This Role


Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced leader to lead as a Business Execution Senior Manager in Early Careers team. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com


In This Role, You Will


  • Serve as the Chief of Staff for the Head of Early Careers
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.
  • Manage and develop the Business Management team within Early Careers while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years Management experience
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated ability to partner with learning organization to deliver effective new hire, technical and professional development training opportunities to program participants.
  • Experience managing and developing teams of individual contributors and/or managers.
  • Proven experience in project management managing multiple projects concurrently, keeping projects on track and within budget.
  • Experience in early talent recruiting or early talent program management.
  • Experience within diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, partner relationships and business subject matter experts in delivery of the programs.
  • Proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial services
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and provide data and recommendations to business leaders/managers on various areas of improvement.
  • Experience coaching and developing staff to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Job Expectations:


  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Travel up to 20% will be require.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
