Regularly communicate with division leaders and participate in leadership meetings to align HR efforts with business objectives.

·Supports management in the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods, and tools.

·Cooperates with and advises HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in related matters.

·Supports development and/or implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization.

·Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes.

·May perform or support individual and/or group assessments and analyses results.

·Targets are short to medium-term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.

Must have a demo reel or portfolio of voice work to demonstrate skills and abilities

Preferred experience recording voice overs

Should have experience working with a wide variety of voice over projects

Must have appropriate equipment to record broadcast quality audio or have access to a studio capable of producing broadcast quality audio

Able to perform under tight deadlines

Ability to collaborate with team members and clients

Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager

Coordinates with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on selection status

Manage and prioritize a candidate pipeline by following up with all candidate inquiries and closing appropriate

Work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and objectives and build effective search

5 years of experience in Applicant tracking systems or human resources information systems preferred OR in pharmacy practice preferred

Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews, and selects applicants for interview

Apply your engineering skills to projects spanning from structural to transportation, environmental to geotechnical, water resources, and beyond.

Proven experience in one or more areas of engineering.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Partner with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Use your creativity to develop and review engineering designs, plans, calculations, and reports.

Make sure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with parallel timelines

Education And / Or Experience

Partner internally across Planning, Creative, Merchandising, Sales to align promotions/product releases and communicate plans and timing to support these offers

Proven ability to manage a Search/PLA program

Experience assisting with the creation of departmental strategies and/or plans
