Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads and market information to contribute to Pacific International's sales pipeline.
• Conduct video interviews and handle administration activities for client presentations.
• Identify potential talent for Pacific International's customers, delivering high-quality shortlists of suitable candidates within specified timelines.
• Build and expand your network through candidate keep-in-touch calls and referral calls.
• Support the Head of Sector and/or Client Delivery Manager throughout the recruitment process, including candidate assessment and presentation, interview process management, and providing accurate information.
• Directly headhunt and identify new candidates for assessment and presentation to clients.
