With corporate headquarters in Needham, MA a manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA, and a distribution facility in Norton, MA, we are comfortably located within the Boston metropolitan area.


We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team! The Warehouse Worker will process receipt, storage, and shipment of finished goods. Shift hours are from 6am - 2:30pm on Mondays through Fridays, with occasional Saturday work as well. This position is for our Norton, MA warehouse facility.


Position Responsibilities


  • Maintains inventory accuracy.
  • Able to perform other duties as directed.
  • Able to bend, carry and lift up to 60 pounds without difficulty.
  • Complies with Company and USDA regulations governing storage and shipment of product.
  • Completes shipment schedule.
  • Picks/stages/ships finished goods orders utilizing scanners.
  • Ability to read, write and take directions in English.
  • Able to work independently with little direction.
  • Off loads all inbound freight and maintains written documentation of the transactions.
  • Maintains safety and sanitation standards.
  • Posts data into the computer.
  • Able to withstand working in a cold environment.
  • Rotates product date codes during pulling operations.
  • Verifies accuracy of inbound freight bills and signs for the materials.


Position Requirements


  • Experience with annual inventories.
  • Familiar with warehouse documentation and processing requirements.
  • Must be forklift certified on sit-downs, stand up forktruck and scissor lift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Experience in loading & unloading trucks.
  • Two plus years experience in shipping/receiving.
  • Must be fluent in written and oral English.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experienced in put-away / retrieval of pallets in racked warehouses.
