Our Records Manager maintains the firm’s physical and digital records, oversees the retention, storage, organization, tracking and retrieval of records, and provides guidance and training regarding those records.The Records Manager also performs duties relating to conflicts of interest, docketing, and maintenance of the firm’s library.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and willingness to learn records management skills
  • Experience working in a law firm or other office environment, a plus
  • Work cooperatively with others; maintain client confidentiality
  • 30 to 40 hours/week - $22 to $25/hour
  • Occasionally lift and carry boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and use a ladder
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent spelling and proofreading skills
