Company and Position Details:
This is a full-time Receptionist position at Blakesley Courtney, P.C., or “LBC Law Group,” a civil litigation, personal injury, business law, and criminal defense law firm located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. LBC Law Group has multiple offices, but this position is specific to our 723 S. 7th St., Las Vegas location. More information about the law firm is available at:

The position involves typical reception duties, including greeting and interacting with clients and other visitors; handling and transferring calls as needed; notifying attorneys and other firm staff of guest and caller needs; assisting with incoming and outgoing mail; and providing flexible administrative support for the office in general.
The Receptionist is the law firm's first impression with guests, and sets the tone for interactions with our office. LBC Law Group is able to fill this position immediately, but can be flexible with strong applicants.
Applicant Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be fluent in both Spanish and English, and exhibit an energetic and positive attitude. LBC Law Group seeks collaborative, team-oriented employees who can work effectively in a fast-paced professional setting. Computer literacy (including familiarity with file management software and the Microsoft Office suite of Word, Outlook, and other programs) is important, but the Firm will provide training for new hires as needed.
Quality candidates will show an ability to embrace the Firm’s esprit de corps, or shared spirit of enthusiasm, devotion, and integrity for the office and its business. Reception is an essential part of an upbeat and positive workplace, particularly in an active legal practice.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience in reception, customer service, and related work.This is an hourly position (subject to later review for possible salaried employment) with a base pay of $13/hour or higher. New hires are eligible for potential pay increases following a 90-day performance review. Full-time employees are eligible to health insurance (as well as dental and vision coverage), 401k retirement accounts, and company matching of employee retirement contributions (following a 90-day probationary period).
