Essential Functions
- Other duties may also include data entry for monthly retail reports and customer shop reports and maintaining equipment and supply stock for departments.
- To provide receptionist and some secretarial services to the department and respond to customer needs for banking services.
- Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
- Requires above average communication skills, some mathematical and general business knowledge normally acquired by a high school graduate.
- Eighteen to thirty-six months clerical experience and working knowledge of Excel and Word are required.
- The following qualities of performance are the most important to this particular job: good customer relation skills, telephone etiquette, initiative, reliability, flexibility, quality work, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
- Banking experience is preferred.
