This position will be responsible for greeting our guests, visitors, transfer calls, administer visitation screening requirements, take temperatures, and process deliveries

Key ResponsibilitiesAnswers multi-line telephone, receives/delivers telephone messagesGreet visitorsSorts incoming mail and distributes throughout officePrepares weekly FedEx packages, schedules FedEx ground pickups and certified mail requestsOrders shipping and mailing suppliesSorts accounts payable checks, folds and inserts checks and runs through postage meterMaintains neat appearance and dresses appropriately to provide a positive image for the management officeCompletes other tasks/duties as may be assigned by the AdministratorJob RequirementsA high school diploma is requiredExcellent presentation and communication skills are requiredComputer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelWorking knowledge of common office machines (calculator, copy machine, facsimile, postage meters and folding machine) and knowledge of various computer systems is helpfulExceptional customer service skills
