Position Summary:
The Receptionist Concierge-Indigo Online supports Indigo Online by performing essential patient registration, identity validation, charge capture, other pre- and post-service duties. They will be the first point of human contact to many Indigo Virtual customers, necessitating a customer-oriented mindset that walks patients through sign-up and visit scheduling processes with ease and patience. This position also assist the broader Indigo Health team with other front office-related tasks. This role will work closely with our Indigo Virtual providers and Indigo Health’s Central Business Office. Work situations are a variety of functions requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. This position requires a highly collaborative approach to patient services, including coordination with other system urgent care centers, shifts ranging from 6-12 hours.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a health-related field, preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
AA/AS degree preferred, or on-the-job related experience
