Chiropractic Wellness - Office Assistant / Reception

We are an efficient, friendly and productive office looking to fill a part time to possible full time position in our growing chiropractic office.

The staff person we are looking for is:

DUTIES

* Greet patients and give extra care and love that makes them feel at home. You make sure everyone has fun when they come to our clinic!

* Answer phones with upbeat, positive energy!

* Take care of daily opening and closing procedures and handle the day-to-day office duties.

* Schedule and manage patient flow to give all patients great service and a WOW experience!

* Patient recall to help patients stay on track for the care they need.

* Track patient visits, office stats and patient accounts.

* Help patients with their with financial arrangements and take payments, with light billing, tracking balances, posting and producing statements.

* Writing letters, preparing packets, filing, general office support, giving stickers to kids, opening the door for someone who has their hands full, offering a snack to a hungry working mom, and whatever else comes up!!

* Keep the office looking tidy, organized and beautiful!

* Promote office events, help with marketing and patient education.

* Assisting your doctors in their mission to serve their community with excellent chiropractic care.

REQUIREMENTS:

o Our minimum requirement is a two-year associate degree of any type.

o Must be computer savvy, and be able to carry yourself well displaying polish, maturity and confidence.

o Must be comfortable discussing finances with patients. Sales and marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

A shy person would not be happy in this position. You have to like to work in an office where you get to talk to many people in person and on the phone. Someone who has corporate skills, but is really looking to do something more personal, make a difference, and work as part of a small dedicated team!

Customer service is VERY IMPORTANT in our office and we strive to give every patient the "WOW" experience, so our ideal candidate really has to CARE about PEOPLE, the quality of his/her work, and be willing to give their all!!
