Our Camas office is looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

Requirements

• Strong listening skills
• Empathy for others
• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Must be 18+
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Consultant approach to business
