Our Belfair office is looking for a professional Real Estate Associate to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Associates responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
• Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
• Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our real estate school. Use WC30 for 30% off.
