We are looking for a part-time real estate operations coordinator who can effectively oversee the performance of our current portfolio properties and assist in managing transactions for new property acquisitions.

Responsibilities

-Oversee property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements. Coordinate with property management teams to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the properties.

-Prepare regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including property owners and management.

-Negotiate and manage leases, including lease renewals, rent escalations, and tenant relations. Monitor lease compliance and ensure timely rent payments.

-Review income and expense statements for accuracy and address any errors.

-Maintain proactive communication regarding vacancies and follow up with property management regularly.

-Assist in transitioning properties to a new management company, including changing over utility billing.

-Act as the central point of contact and coordinator for all parties involved in commercial real estate transactions, managing communication, documentation, and timelines.

-Organize and manage the due diligence process, ensuring all necessary documents and inspections are obtained. --Review and manage contract documents, including negotiation and amendment facilitation.

-Collaborate with title companies and escrow agents to facilitate smooth closing processes. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, maintain records, and provide financial and accounting support.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Previous experience in real estate or construction

Proactive approach to communication with multiple stakeholders
