Salary? Up to $250k base + share options + commission + bonuses + benefits.

This international executive search specialist has offices in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Americas. They specialise in multiple industries including commodities, natural resources, renewables, and real estate. They currently have 15+ employees in the US.

The role

They’re seeking a leader who knows the North American property and real estate recruitment markets inside out to build and grow a new division from scratch.

The perfect candidate will possess the following qualities and expertise:

• Ability and desire to develop new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven track record in building divisions and teams from nothing.
• 10+ years expert knowledge in all thing’s property and real estate recruitment in North America.
