Responsibilities

Conduct thorough due diligence and underwriting for potential acquisitions and development ventures.

Offer assistance throughout the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition phases.

Gather, input, and assess reports related to construction, marketing, and leasing.

Develop comprehensive financial models to inform decisions regarding acquisitions and construction management.

Provide support for construction management tasks, involving scrutinizing documents, analysis, on-site inspections, compliance audits, and aiding in planning and budgeting.

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties, employing financial modeling and budget comparisons. Collaborate with management to execute business strategies.

Aid in evaluating the broader market landscape and keeping track of industry trends.

Manage and oversee databases effectively.

Contribute to formulating conceptual plans for subdividing and parceling assets.

Qualifications

Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate, finance, economics, business, accounting, or possess equivalent experience.

Possess strong financial acumen and knowledge.

Demonstrate robust analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative team player, adept at organizing short and long-term tasks to achieve departmental objectives.

Proficient in using MS Office applications and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
