GFiber is an Alphabet company that brings Google Fiber and Google Fiber Webpass internet services to homes and businesses across the United States. Our growing, inclusive team is expanding as we connect more cities and people.


As a Central Real Estate Partnerships Lead with GFiber, you will be responsible for the business-to-business partnerships with large developers, property management companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and third-party partners like law firms and consultants.


You will ensure we have partnerships (new and renewal agreements) in place that give GFiber access to install our infrastructure or continue to provide services in multi-family apartment buildings, office buildings, and other real estate asset types.


In this role, you'll:


  • Identify partners that currently have GFiber service, and reinforce our value proposition to their business priorities.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time as required.
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits to prospective property owners, developers, and managers and finalize partnership agreements with them that gain access for GFiber to serve multi-family (MDU) and commercial (MTU) property residents/tenants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal and Finance on agreements and processes, and work-cross functionally to help drive consistency across markets.
  • Represent Alphabet and GFiber at industry conferences and educate industry influencers, the real estate community, and business owners about our products and resources.
  • Maintain detailed records of agreements being negotiated, and be able to provide ongoing status updates to both partners and internal stakeholders.


At a minimum we'd like you to have:


  • 7 years of work experience in business development and/or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sourcing, structuring, communicating, and creating partnership terms with C-level executives


It's preferred if you have:


  • Ability to collaborate successfully with legal partners.
  • Experience working in telecom (ISP, ILEC, or MSO).
  • Experience working in Real Estate partnerships and securing new and renewal agreements.
  • Experience in presenting in front of large audiences, developing your own narrative and presentation slides.
  • Experience launching new markets and Go-to-Market business planning.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $138,000- $202,000+ bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
