Quality System Specialist Jobs

As a Quality Control Specialist at TechCore Universal, I engage in inspecting the computer systems for software errors and hardware malfunctions and fix the issues before sending them to the customer making sure that their experience is flawless and easy to use.

Responsibilities

Upon receiving the computer system I take the system and inspect it physically to make sure there are no damages and that all the interior components are intact before plugging it in. Once plugged in I make sure that all hardware are functioning properly if not I replace and fix them then proceed to run a series of test to make sure the main components of the systems are running smoothly and updating and software that are corrupted. After everything is complete we seal the computer to its manufacture settings and box them up.

Qualifications

knowledge of windows, compTIA A+ certification in computer hardware, Knowledge of computer systems and operation along with programs to test these functions.
